suba CLI

Friendly command line
Do more by typing less

Friendly and functional

Our goal is to have a simple and easy-to-remember command structure with minimal typing. We are developing a command autocomplete for the data center. E.g. 'suba server stop' with a [TAB] should offer only running servers.

  • $ suba group new proto
  • $ suba server new web.proto
  • $ suba server new --size=2 app.proto
  • $ suba server new --size=4 db.proto
  • $ suba group start proto

suba REST

Structure similar to CLI
  • curl -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  • -H "Authorization: ... \
  • -d '{"id":"web.proto"}' \
  • -X POST "https://api.subarray.com/v1/server/new"
HTTP POST

JSON based

suba REST shares the structure with suba CLI. If you know CLI command, it shouldn't be too hard to construct a REST request for it.
